How do you place me into the right level (A1–C1)?

Placement is based on a short call + a quick written sample so we can match your speaking and grammar level.

We use a 2-step placement: (1) a 10–12 minute conversation to evaluate comprehension, fluency, and pronunciation; (2) a brief written sample (5–8 sentences) to check accuracy. If you already have a recent CEFR result (DELE/SIELE or official school certificate), we can use that as a reference.

Deep-link:

I’m a complete beginner. Can I start from zero?

Yes. We start with survival Spanish, pronunciation, and confidence-building speaking from day one.

Absolutely. We teach beginners with a clear progression: sounds + rhythm, core verbs in the present tense, practical mini-dialogues, and structured review. You’ll speak in every class, but with carefully limited vocabulary so it stays manageable.

Deep-link:

Do you support different time zones?

Yes. We schedule in your local time and confirm with a calendar invite.

We teach students across Europe and the Americas. We confirm the agreed time in your time zone and send a calendar event that auto-adjusts for daylight savings changes.

Deep-link:

What is your rescheduling policy?

Reschedule free with 24h notice; late changes depend on availability.

If you message us at least 24 hours before class, we’ll reschedule at no cost. If it’s under 24 hours, we’ll try to move it, but it may be counted as used if we can’t fill that slot. For long-term plans, we can set a consistent weekly time to keep things simple.

Deep-link:

What’s included in the price?

Live sessions, tailored homework, corrections, and a progress plan with goals.

All plans include structured lessons (speaking + feedback), materials, homework optionality, and corrections. For writing-heavy goals (emails, academic writing, DELE tasks), we include targeted correction cycles so you know exactly what to fix and how.

Deep-link:

Do you offer a trial lesson?

We offer a short intro session to set goals and confirm the best level and plan.

Yes. The intro session focuses on your needs, timeline, and current speaking level. We’ll end with a clear recommendation (level + weekly rhythm + what to practice between lessons).

Deep-link:

How do payments work? Can I get an invoice?

Card or bank transfer. We can issue invoices/receipts on request.

You can pay by card or bank transfer. If you need an invoice (for your employer or reimbursement), tell us your billing details and we’ll send a PDF invoice/receipt.

Deep-link:

How long is each class?

Most lessons are 50 minutes; intensive options are available.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes (ideal for focus and consistency). If you prefer longer blocks, we can schedule 80–100 minutes, especially for DELE writing + speaking practice or professional presentations.

Deep-link:

How many classes per week do you recommend?

Most students progress well with 2 sessions/week + short daily practice.

A common rhythm is 2 lessons per week, plus 10–15 minutes of daily review (listening + a micro-speaking task). For fast goals (moving countries, exams, work deadlines), 3–5 sessions/week can be effective for short periods.

Deep-link:

Do you prepare students for the DELE exam?

Yes. We train the exact task types and time management for your target level.

We prepare for DELE by working with exam-style tasks, scoring rubrics, and timed practice. You’ll get feedback in the same categories examiners use (coherence, range, accuracy, interaction) and a weekly practice plan.

Deep-link:

How do you give feedback for DELE writing and speaking?

We correct for score impact: structure, connectors, range, and typical errors at your level.

For writing: you’ll receive corrected versions, explanations, and a short “error pattern” summary so you fix the root cause. For speaking: we train task strategy (what to do first, how to buy time, how to respond naturally), plus targeted pronunciation notes when it affects clarity.

Deep-link:

Do you provide certificates?

We can provide a course completion and attendance certificate (not an official DELE result).

Yes, we can issue an attendance/completion certificate indicating hours studied, date range, and the working CEFR level. Note: official certification for immigration/universities is usually DELE/SIELE; we can help you prepare for those exams.

Deep-link:

What platform do you use for online classes?

We use a reliable video call platform + shared notes for vocabulary and corrections.

We’ll send a link before class. During the session we keep shared notes for vocabulary, corrected sentences, and action items. If you prefer, we can also send a short post-class summary so you know exactly what to practice.

Deep-link:

I mainly want conversation. Do you still teach grammar?

Yes, but only the grammar that improves your speaking right now.

Conversation without feedback often plateaus. We keep classes speaking-heavy, then extract the 1–2 grammar points that will make your next conversations smoother (verb forms, connectors, sentence patterns). You get short drills only when they help fluency.

Deep-link:

Do you offer group classes?

Small groups are possible if goals and levels match well.

Yes, with a focus on speaking time per student. We recommend groups of 2–4 with similar levels and aligned goals (travel, work, DELE). We’ll suggest a structure so everyone gets feedback, not just conversation.

Deep-link:

Do you offer refunds?

Unused sessions can be refunded in some cases; used sessions are not refundable.

If you purchased a package and can’t continue, contact us. We’ll review unused sessions and refund when applicable. Already-taught sessions are not refundable, but we can often pause the schedule if life gets busy.

Deep-link:

How do you handle privacy and personal data?

We keep only what’s needed to teach and schedule classes; you can request deletion.

We store minimal information (name, contact, schedule preferences, and learning notes). We don’t sell your data. If you want your data removed, email us and we’ll handle it promptly.

Deep-link:

Can the certificate include total hours studied?

Yes. We can list lesson hours and date ranges for attendance records.

Yes. If you need a specific format (for HR, visa paperwork, or reimbursement), tell us what it should include (hours, topic focus, CEFR level) and we’ll adapt it.

Deep-link:

Do you offer discounts for longer packages?

Sometimes, depending on frequency and commitment. Ask and we’ll propose options.

Yes in many cases. If you’re committing to a stable weekly schedule or purchasing a longer package, we can often optimize pricing. We’ll propose the best value based on your goal timeline and recommended frequency.

Deep-link:

What if the teacher needs to cancel?

You’ll be rescheduled promptly; the session is never lost.

If we have to cancel (rare), we’ll offer the earliest reschedule slots and you keep the full session. If your schedule is tight, we can split the session into two shorter make-ups if that helps.

Deep-link:

How long does it take to move up a level?

It depends on frequency and practice, but we set realistic milestones and track progress.

Progress depends on time spent speaking, feedback quality, and practice consistency. Many learners see noticeable improvements within 4–6 weeks with 2 sessions/week plus short daily practice. We’ll agree on measurable goals (e.g., handle phone calls, present at work, pass a DELE task) and review them regularly.

Deep-link:

What happens if I miss a class (no-show)?

We wait for a short window; no-shows are usually counted as used sessions.

If you don’t join, we’ll wait 10 minutes and message you. If there’s no response, the session is typically counted as used. If something unexpected happened, contact us; we’ll try to find a fair solution whenever possible.
